Iran's two strategic principles to destroying Isr
The Iranian war against Israel has two key strategic principles which the US and Israel have totally missed:
First, it took a genocide to justify the creation of the state of Isr, and it is going to take a genocide to justify its end.
Isr emotional overreaction gave Iran what it wants. Before the 7th, there was no political case to end the state of Isr. Today, very few people would mind. If anything, people are urging Iran to attack Isr already and finish the job.
Isr intuition was to re-enact 1948 and displace and ethnically cleanse Pal. It has been talking about it for decades so it was easy to predict. It should have not done that and instead recognised the new balance of power and acted as a weaker country and tried to fit in the region.
By the summer, it will become normal and common to talk about the end of Isr in the middle east. It is already happening. Young people cannot conceive the continuation of this state. In short, Isr committed political national suicide by succumbing to pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth.
Second, whilst Isr is a more powerful adversary, using asymmetrical power and focusing on turning Isr strength into weakness can shift the game. Not only that, Iran worked in making itself and its allies turn their weakness points into strength. For example, faith was used to absorb Isr cruelty hence undermine a key pillar of Isr strategy. Another example would be using a decentralised structure to overcome the need for a rigid command and control structure which isr can easily break. For Isr, having an incompetent land force was used to corner Isr into a land war it cannot win.
In short, Isr is not fighting Hamas so far. It is just enacting a national fantasy. This is being weaponised against it. Isr should stop the war and rethink its strategy and understanding of the enemy.
